ORDERS:
Items may be bought in box quantities only unless otherwise stated. Orders may be placed by phone to our toll free number (1-800-647-9390 Extension 114 or 115), by fax (662-652-3353), or can be placed with a Tremont Floral Supplies
sales representative.
MINIMUM ORDERS:
The minimum order is $100.00.
SHIPMENT OF ORDERS: All orders
will be shipped within 3 working days of receipt. (Note: The
shipping department is only open Monday-Friday). If an order is delayed
for any reason beyond this, our personnel will notify you of the delay.
Tremont Floral Supplies uses Fed Ex Ground to ship, therefore most customers
will receive their merchandise within 5 to 7 business days from the order date.
FREIGHT
CHARGES: A 7% charge will be added to all orders for freight
costs. Also, if the order is shipped COD, the customer is responsible for
the COD fee.
BACKORDERS:
Backorders are only shipped upon request from the customer or sales
representative.
SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES:
Please inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt. Any shortages or damaged goods will be corrected or replaced at no cost to the customer. All shortages or damages must be reported within 10 days or receipt in order to receive credit.
RETURNS:
To return merchandise, you must contact our shipping department within 10 days
of receipt of your order. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. No credits will be given for partial box returns.
CREDIT:
All orders will be shipped COD unless you have an established charge account with us. New accounts requesting net 30 terms should:
